How to: Convert formulas to values.
Solution:
Copy the formulas and select 'Paste Special...' from the 'Edit' menu. Paste the formulas as values into the same cells.
1) Select the cells containing the formulas to convert to values.
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
3) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste Special...'. (The Paste Special dialog box appears.)
4) Select the 'Values' radio button.

5) Click 'OK'.
6) Press ENTER.
NOTE: References in a formula can also be converted to values.
